Home warranty
Applies to equipment used exclusively in a private indoor home setting by home occupants.

All products come standard with a home warranty. Use of home rated products in commercial settings voids the warranty.
Commercial warranty
Applies to select equipment used in semi-private or public nonresidential facilities. Monthly fees may or may not be charged. Examples include: commercial gyms, firehouses, hotels, personal training studios, and apartment complexes.

Use of commercial products in residential settings automatically activates the home warranty outlined above.
Important information
We support the quality of our equipment and offer an industry-leading guarantee for all our products, which gives you peace of mind when choosing any Force USA product.
The guarantees will only be valid for the original buyer with proof of receipt and a valid order number. Guarantees cannot be transferred.
Products that became unusable for the prolonged use and reach their useful life won't be accepted for warranty due to normal usage.

Shipments
Shipments, except for special orders, usually take from 10 to 15 working days.
For greater efficiency, the carrier will always call you before delivery.
If it doesn't find you, it will leave you a note with a phone number to agree on a future date and convenient time.

We do not assume any additional costs that may arise during shipment in the event that standard delivery is not possible due to access restrictions and additional handling is required. We reserve the right to request an additional cost to cover expenses arising from the hiring of cranes, additional personnel, adapted vehicles or other similar circumstances.
In the event that the delivery truck is unable to reach the specified address, the delivery will be made at the nearest and most accessible point. If you would like another special delivery service, you will have to request an additional quote, at your own expense.

How long does it take to assemble a G4?
The G4 takes around 4 hours to assemble. All necessary tools and hardware are provided. It can be assembled solo, but help and ratchets make it faster.
What size weight plates fit this unit?
The barbell accepts only Olympic plates (50 mm) and the pulley system accommodates either standard or Olympic plates (50 mm).
Does the Leg Press come with the G4?
No, it’s sold separately as an attachment.
Does it come with weight plates, a bench, or a barbell?
No, these are sold separately. You can easily add them to your order and get your setup ready from day one.
Are the westside spacing holes numbered?
Yes, there are 50 different numbered adjustment points to choose from, making it simple to align attachments on each upright.
Are the cable crossovers far enough apart to work your chest effectively during flies?
The pulley uprights are 122 cm apart. The pulleys rotate freely, so standing outside the cage lets you start your flies at a wider angle.
Does the G4 give me the option of doing squats with spotter arms and also with the Smith Machine?
Yes, you can squat with your barbell using the J-Hooks and Spotter Arms outside the rack, or use the safety option built into the Smith Machine.
What is the minimum ceiling height I need?
The minimum ceiling height to do a full pull-up with your head above the bar is 254 cm.
Does it come assembled?
No, this unit requires assembly. All necessary tools and instructions are included. We also offer a professional assembly service that you can add at the top of this page.
