FULL AND COMPLETE WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our equipment and offer an industry-leading warranty on all of our products, giving you peace of mind when choosing any ForceUSA product.

Warranties will only be valid for the original purchaser with proof of receipt and a valid order number.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Warranties will be void for any product that has been damaged as a result of misuse, neglect, alteration, tampering or improper storage.
Warranty claims will not be accepted on products that have become unusable through prolonged use and have reached the end of their useful life through normal wear and tear.

WARRANTIES:

Home Warranty

Applies to equipment used exclusively in a private indoor home setting by home occupants.

Lifetime (Frame)
3 years (Moving Parts)
6 months (Upholstery & Attachments)
6 months (wearing parts)

All products come standard with a home warranty. Use of home rated products in commercial settings voids the warranty.

Commercial Warranty

Applies to select equipment used in semi-private or public nonresidential facilities. Monthly fees may or may not be charged. Examples include: commercial gyms, firehouses, hotels, personal training studios, and apartment complexes.

6 months (Wearing parts)

Use of commercial products in residential settings automatically activates the home warranty outlined above.
