The G3 V2 takes around 4 hours to assemble. All necessary tools and hardware are provided. It can be assembled solo, but help and ratchets will make the process faster.

What size weight plates fit this unit?

The Smith Machine barbell accepts only Olympic plates (50 mm) and the pulley system accommodates either standard or Olympic plates (50 mm).

Do the MyRack Attachments work with the G3 V2?

Does the Leg Press come with the G3 V2?

No, it’s sold separately as an attachment.

Does it come with weight plates, a bench, or a barbell?

No, these are sold separately. You can easily add them to your order and get your setup ready from day one.

Are the westside spacing holes numbered?

Yes, there are 50 different numbered adjustment points to choose from, making it simple to align attachments on each upright.

Are the cable crossovers far enough apart to work your chest effectively during flies?

The pulley uprights are 122 cm apart. The pulleys rotate freely, so standing outside the cage lets you start your flies at a wider angle.

Does the G3 V2 give me the option of doing squats with spotter arms and also with the Smith Machine?

The recommended maximum height for a user is 216 cm.

What are the differences between the original G3 and the G3 V2?

The G3 V2 keeps the same all-in-one training foundation as the original G3, but introduces important upgrades in smoothness, adjustability, and future expandability.

Some of the main improvements include:

Smith machine with linear bearings for smoother movement.
Uniform 1-inch hole spacing throughout the uprights.
Redesigned pull-up bar positioned slightly lower, providing more usable head clearance during pull-ups. Longer 20 cm weight pegs on the pulley system, allowing more plates to be loaded. Structure is 10 cm deeper, offering more internal working space. Greater compatibility with G-Series accessories.

The original G3 remains an excellent choice if you want a complete, robust system with outstanding value for money. The G3 V2 is designed for users who want a platform with more expansion possibilities in the future.
