For greater efficiency, the carrier will always call you before delivery.
If it doesn't find you, it will leave you a note with a phone number to agree on a future date and convenient time.

The best way to have a detailed tracking of the order is by sending an email to [email protected] with your full name and order number or invoice.
Our customer service will answer you in a couple of hours with all the available information: where you are, when you will arrive and a carrier tracking number.
If your order includes Premium professional installation, our technicians will contact you directly to specify the most convenient date and time for you.
We do not assume any additional costs that may arise during shipment in the event that standard delivery is not possible due to access restrictions and additional handling is required. We reserve the right to request an additional cost to cover expenses arising from the hiring of cranes, additional personnel, adapted vehicles or other similar circumstances.
In the event that the delivery truck is unable to reach the specified address, the delivery will be made at the nearest and most accessible point. If you would like another special delivery service, you will have to request an additional quote, at your own expense.
