1 Year (UK mainland only).

If you live in the UK mainland, you are covered for both labour and spare parts within the first year. Thereafter you will be charged only for labour and the cost of a technician getting to you if you need a technician. Many small parts are easy to replace.

Technical labour is spread across a number of highly qualified and specialised teams. As such, home and business visits need to be scheduled and may involve significant travelling arrangements. The average time period from reporting a fault until it is resolved will vary according to season, demand and where you live. This will be on average between 5 and 14 days.

It is highly likely that the engineering and customer care team will call you to try to resolve your problem before an engineer visit is arranged.

If the problem can be solved by simply sending you a part which could reasonably be replaced without an engineer then we reserve the right to do this.

Limited Warranty Cover

Labour Outside of the UK Mainland

We do not offer any technician visits outside of the UK mainland. Products sold outside of the UK mainland carry a full warranty on spares and frames, however they must be returned to base at your cost if you require a technician to work on the unit. Please contact us for the current technical base.

Limited Warranty Cover may apply to you if you live in a remote area including an island or the Scottish Highlands or if the unit is in a European country and not on the UK mainland.

So long as the fault in a good has not been caused by negligence, abuse or misuse (such as, but not limited to, home goods in a commercial environment) then the goods will be repaired under the conditions of the warranty. Any other damage will not be covered by a warranty and will be charged out accordingly. A technical report and opinion from our technical company will serve as proof as to how the damage was caused.


Some parts are regarded as consumables and are not covered under warranty except for manufacturing faults. For example:

Treadmill consumables include running belt, belt bed springs, running deck, motor cowling, foam grips, decal transfers.

Cycle consumables include pedals, straps, plastic cowlings, foam grips and decal transfers.

Stairclimber consumables include pedals, plastic cowlings, foam grips and decal transfers.

Cross trainer and elliptical consumables include pedals, plastic cowlings, foam grips and decal transfers.

Rower consumables include pedals, plastic cowlings, foam grips decal transfers, ropes, chlorine tablets, handles, side rails and seats.

Indoor studio cycle consumables include pedals, belts, chains, straps, foam grips, plastic cowlings, friction brakes and decal transfers.

Strength training equipment consumables include cables, belts, spring loaded pins, pulleys, upholstery and springs.


The owner’s manual and FAQ section under each of the product pages are invaluable resources for information and assistance. It is always best to ask one of our certified technicians to service your gym and fitness equipment on a regular basis.

Please be aware that if you try to dismantle your unit on your own, including  the electronic equipment, that you will be invalidating your warranty.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by the consumer guarantee.

Self Installation

We recommend that you utilise a certified engineering / installation team to install your equipment. This is especially important with the All-In-One and functional trainers which if not installed by a certified technician will lead to voiding of the labour warranty.

Please note that if damages have been caused to parts due to incorrect installation then we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement parts and labour.

We cannot emphasize enough the importance of having a qualified installation team instal your equipment after purchase.

Please include pictures, videos and descriptions of the problem to enable the service teams to help you with the correct advice and/or parts in the shortest time period possible.

Further Details on How Our Warranty Works

The Force USA range of strength equipment carries a Lifetime Structural Warranty along with two years cover on all cables and pulleys.

First Owners

This warranty applies to the first owner and does not cover second-hand equipment or re-sold equipment. Should you wish to sell your unit and are interested in an extended transferrable warranty then please contact us to discuss various options.

The Force USA warranty covers only failures due to structural defects, cables, pulleys and factory workmanship that occur during regular use in line with the stated use of the item. It will not cover damage that occurs in transport, delivery or failure due to misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, alteration or improper assembly of the product.

Home and Light Commercial Warranty

This warranty does not cover the use or failure of equipment in studio or commercial applications unless otherwise specified.

Light Commercial is defined as supervised low volume usage of less than 6 hours per day average. Typically this would include personal training studios but would exclude membership fee based high volume health clubs and fitness centres.

International Worldwide Force USA Warranty

There is a double level of protection for you as a customer of Force USA.

The replacement or repair provided for under the International Force USA warranty is the responsibility of the user, and the customer will be responsible for any freight charges that apply unless otherwise stated. Force USA will not be liable for any consequential damages or breach of any implied warranty on the range of Force USA strength equipment. Force USA reserves the right to provide reconditioned parts and/or to request a return and repair existing defective components.

Parts may be shipped from a local warehouse in the UK or from an international destination if we deem it necessary.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Force USA maintained a robust and resilient supply chain of equipment and spares, however delays were experienced when replacing some spares. We expect there to be possible supply chain disruptions until late 2021.

Frame or Total Replacement

Should we deem it necessary to replace the frame or the entire unit then we will notify you of this. If the unit you have purchased has been discontinued or is no longer available, we reserve the right to offer you a similar or improved version of the unit being replaced.

Cleaning of your Force USA Equipment

Please do not spray sanitizer or disinfectant directly onto any Force USA equipment as this may cause damage to the finish and paint. Damage caused in this way may allow rust to develop on the frame and parts.

All products are designed to be used indoors in a dry environment. For instance, placing a Force USA piece next to an indoor swimming pool would cause damage and invalidate the product warranty.
