The terms ForceUSA.co.uk and Gym & Fitness are uses interchangeably and refer to the same entity. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on our website is accurate and up to date Gym & Fitness cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes.

We sell exercise, fitness and gym equipment. Before you start any exercise programme, or change your exercise routine you should consult with your doctor. Should you feel any shortness of breath, chest pains or any discomfort whilst using any gym equipment you should consult a doctor immediately.
Gym & Fitness may not be held responsible for any injury incurred / caused by our products. You use all of our products at our own risk.
All products listed on the website are priced inclusive of VAT excluding installation. Please choose the installation option if you would like this service.
Some items on our website are represented with £0.00 value. These items cannot be purchased for £0.00. Please contact us regarding these prices.
Sometimes free gifts will be offered with a purchase. Should you return your product under our Peace of Mind policy or for any other reason, you will need to return the free gift to us as well in the same condition and in its original packaging. Some addresses will attract an additional charge for the free gift to be delivered. Please feel free to call or email us to check.
All goods remain the property of Gym & Fitness until payment has been received in full.
Please note that the finishes and designs of the accessories are updated from time to time. This means that the accessory that you see in various videos may not be identical to the accessory that you receive. Changes are normally a result of improvements or upgrades based on customer feedback.
Pre Orders: Estimated Dates and Stock Allocation
Some products are sold on a “Pre Order” basis. This means that we do not have stock in the country now, but that we have a shipment arriving at an estimated date. You will see that the “Buy Now” button has been replaced by a “Pre Order Now” button. Underneath there will be a “Stock” icon which indicates the expected date of that item's dispatch from our warehouse to a customer. Covid delivery times are in place at time of writing meaning 10 to 15 days delivery after dispatch.
Once you have made a full payment then you are placed on a priority list for the incoming stock. During 2020 and Post Covid world, this will be the new normal. Most stock is sold before touching our shores. You are placed on the stock allocation list in the order of us receiving your payment.
Although we reserve a unit for you based on the stock list that we have, this is no guarantee that you will be supplied from that container. If stock in the container turns out to be lower than anticipated or ordered (Another normal in a post Covid world), then we reserved the right to cancel your order and refund you in full.
Refunds take 1 to 2 working days to process and may take another few days to clear in your account if we have revered a credit card or PayPal payment. The delay is not from our side.
Stock is Only Confirmed After a Verified Purchase.
Due to the speed at which orders are being processed we can only verify stock availability after you have paid. Should you miss this window period you will be allocated stock from the next available container.
Pre-orders will have an estimated date associated with the product based on the orders we have placed with the factory overseas. PLEASE TAKE NOTE that the due dates of incoming stock are dates that we anticipate the stock arriving. This date has a possible deviation of 2 to 4 weeks.
Exact dates can only be given once a ship has set off (normally 4 to 5 weeks before landing). As many products are being ordered 2 to 3 containers in advance by the time there is an exact date you will have missed that container.
The global demand on gym equipment for the home environment has radically sky rocketed. This increase could not have been foreseen, predicted or planned for. We are doing everything in our power to get as much stock as quickly as we can to you. Please understand however that much of this process is unfortunately outside of our control.
Please bear with us over this time as we also attempt to keep you up to date under very difficult trading circumstances. You will receive your order and we will only accept payment if an order has been placed at the factory.
Confidentiality. All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

We are a specialised e-commerce company and as such, and in accordance with applicable laws including the GDPR, orders must be completed online. You will be required to acknowledged that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from the supplier. This includes any item that is put on back order for you because it is out of stock. Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order. If you do not wish for payment to be taken for back order items, we will be able to leave the item on back order for you, but we cannot guarantee that there will be free stock available to fulfil your order.
Please note: in all cases we must have a contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this information.
We accept a number of credit cards through our various payment portals.
If you are ordering by credit card (mail order) the goods must be sent to the card holder's registered address. If you require the goods to be sent elsewhere (i.e. a work address) you must telephone Gym & Fitness prior to ordering. You will be required to provide additional information.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from our website for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification, perishable goods or goods purchased in store.
If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not yet received or you refuse to accept the delivery, then you are responsible for all return freight charges to Gym & Fitness. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order in writing within 30 days of delivery of your item(s), it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Gym & Fitness at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in an as new, saleable condition by a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.
A free delivery offer is sometimes offered to mainland GB addresses. Some large items may be delivered by kerbside and/ or pallet delivery.
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles Gym & Fitness or any carriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles and access to the property. This includes but is not limited to: steps (including those that require climbing to gain access to the property entrance), any overhanging/low trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. Gym & Fitness will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges.
All orders over £250 are delivered FREE to mainland UK addresses (exclusions apply).

If your delivery is faulty we will either arrange for this item to be picked up from you or for a company appointed engineer to visit you and repair the item. If we elect to collect your item then a third party courier company will be used for this service. Please ensure that the goods are ready to picked up and are packaged correctly for transit within 24 hours of you telling us that there was a problem.
Should the goods not be ready for collection then you will be charged for an additional courier service to pick them up. Once the goods have been checked we will make the necessary arrangement to either repair or replace the goods.
You will need to provide us with the proof of purchase for this product. Guarantees are only relevant for the original purchaser and cannot be passed on if you sell your goods to another party. If you cant show us a proof of purchase then you will need to pay for all repairs in full.
If we discover that the goods are not faulty on inspection then the unit will either be sent back to you or left with you and all delivery and repair call out charges will be payable by you.

Due to the complexity of the G20, G12, G9 and G6 we recommend that you purchase the installation option offered on the website. Should you decide to install yourself, please take note of all of the installation videos on the various product pages. For instance If you have a tight ceiling space you will need to assemble counter balances in a different order to that displayed in the instruction manual.
All products are delivered flat packed or in a pallet and will require assembly by you. In all cases you will receive an installation manual. Installation times take between 30 minutes and 6 hours depending on the product. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.Installations and deliveries are for ground and first floor only and for the mainland. We are not able to offer this service offshore.
If you have ordered a product and either paid for an installation or received a free installation there are some important facts, which we need you to keep in mind.
Installation means that your equipment will be assembled safely according to the manufacturers specifications. This will be carried out by an approved third party installation company and is optional. Apart from sourcing the company by means of the quality of their work and paying for the installation, we cannot take responsibility of any other aspect of the installation service. If you accept this optional extra you also accept the responsibility of coordinating the installation dates with the installation company.
No further discount is given should you elect not to take the installation.
Installation will only take place after the delivery and the normal waiting period is 1 week to 4 weeks. We are not in control of the scheduling of installation service, we simply source a reliable installation company and pay for it on your behalf.
The company will contact you and make arrangements to install at a time that works for both of you. There will be rare times when the company is forced to reschedule an appointment as sometimes people may be sick or there may transport issues. This rescheduling would be out of our hands and all discussion and correspondence would be with the installation company.
You will be contacted by the installation company by means of a call or by email. Please ensure that these details are correct when you create your order.
Please ensure that the space needed for your product has been prepared and cleared. You will also need to ensure that access is not restricted and that the installation team can safely and easily work in the area. The Installation teams charge according to time and waiting periods incurred whilst someone clears a room are charged at a rate of £25 per half hour.

If the installation team deems and installation to be hazardous or unreasonable then Gym & Fitness will be within their rights to refuse the job. Should the goods be found not to fit into the premises then you will be responsible for the cots of the installation team despite the fact that the installation could not be completed.
Agreed installation times must be adhered to.
Please ensure that adequate parking is provided for the loading, unloading and parking whilst the installation and or delivery is taking place. All parking charges will be for the customers account. Should the installation time be extended due to a parking issue the customer will be charged at a rate of £50 per hour.
Section I: Repaired Item(s)
All returned items will be on a delivery only basis, no installation will be carried out unless agreed by Gym & Fitness prior to delivery.

If an item develops a fault then please contact us through the "Service" section of our website here. You will need the brand, model number, serial number and a brief description of what seems to be wrong.
Limited Warranty Cover may apply to you if you live in a remote area such as outside of as London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Liverpool.
If you are in a remote areas then you may be required to deliver the goods to a central service area for repairs referred to as "Return to Base". So long as the fault in a good has not been caused by negligence, abuse or misuse (such as home goods in a commercial environment) then the goods will be repaired under the conditions of the warranty. Any other damage will not be covered by a warranty and will be charged out accordingly. A technical report and opinion from our technical company will serve as proof as to how the damage was caused.
If you live in the UK mainland you are covered for both labour and spare parts within the first year. Thereafter you will be charged only for labour and the cost of a technician getting to you.
Labour Outside of the UK Mainland
We do not offer any technician visits outside of the mainland. Products sold outside of the UK mainland carry a full warrantee on spares and frames, however they must be returned to “base” if you require a technician to work on the unit. Please contact us for the current technical base.
For clarity, if you live in Ireland and a part needs to be replaced, we will send you that part under the terms referred to in the warranty. If you require a technician to fit that part, it is responsibility to get the unit to our technical division in the mainland UK. You will be responsible for the unit getting to our technical department as well as getting it back to your location of choice.
Some parts are regarded as consumables and are not covered under warranty except for manufacturing faults.
Treadmill consumables include running belt, belt bed springs, running deck, motor cowling, foam grips, decal transfers.
Cycle consumables include pedals, straps, plastic cowlings, foam grips and decal transfers
Stairclimber consumables include pedals, plastic cowlings, foam grips and decal transfers
Cross trainer and elliptical consumables include pedals, plastic cowlings, foam grips and decal transfers
Rower consumables include pedals, plastic cowlings, foam grips decal transfers, ropes, chlorine tablets, handles, side rails and seats.
Indoor studio cycle consumables include pedals, belts, chains, straps, foam grips, plastic cowlings, friction brakes and decal transfers.
Strength training equipment consumables include cables, belts, spring loaded pins, pulleys, upholstery and springs.
Please assume that the product that you are buying is covered for Home Use unless otherwise specified. Any use outside of a home environment will therefore invalidate your warranty. Please dont use home use equipment in a personal training studio or gym.
When in doubt please ask us and we will tell you what environment your product is suitable for.
No warranty offered on any of our goods cover negligence, abuse, misuse or wilful damage. Please check the product page on the website or call us for more clarification.
The owners manual and FAQ section under each of the product pages are invaluable resources for information and assistance. It is always best to ask one of our certified technicians to service your gym and fitness equipment on a regular basis. Pleas be aware that if you try to dismantle your unit on your own, especially the electronic equipment, that you will be invalidating your warranty.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by the consumer guarantee.
As responsible members of the EU the UK is obliged to minimise the disposal of none degrading material and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in landfills.
Companies and individuals should do all they can to minimise pollution and attempt reuse, recycle and recover WEEE according to the relevant regulations and governance.
You should not dispose of electronic equipment with your household waste and you have the following responsible options. Firstly you can continue to reuse or repurpose your machine by donating to an individual or organisation. Secondly you can donate it to recycling project.
We run several discount voucher codes throughout the year. Should you receive a discount voucher then this cannot be used over and above a discounted item. Please note: you must be able to send proof of your Buying Experience up to 12 months from the date that you wrote your review.
There is a deadline of 48 hours on communications relating to any review placed.

Prices may change because of factors beyond our control such as VAT charges, import rates and exchange rates. The price that you are quoted when your invoice is generated will be correct and will be guaranteed for a period of 5 days thereafter.
Goods being returned must be received by us before we send out replacement goods.
Goods may go out of stock from time to time. If this happens you will be informed should this affect you. You may be offered an alternative good, or a date by which the stock will be once again available.
Refunds will be made in the same way that you made the original payment and within 14 days of the refund being authorised.
