We Offer You a 30 Day Change of Mind Service

We offer you an exchange or a refund on gym equipment returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Request for returns after this date will be considered but not guaranteed. This service has been impacted by the Covid-19 situation and is not possible until normality returns to the UK courier network. We estimate March 2021. We will always do our level best to help customers, but we rely on third party delivery networks which in turn rely on healthy staff and a minimum of government restrictions. 

Returning Your Goods is Really Easy

There are some things that you need to keep in mind when returning your gym equipment so that everything goes smoothly and effortlessly for you. If in doubt please call us or mail us. 

This Only Applies to Internet Purchases Over £250

To qualify for the Website 30 Day Return option the product must have been purchased online on the Force USA website and the price should exceed £250. Otherwise, normal distance selling regulations apply. Some special order items (e.g. manufactured to an individual order only or imported especially for a specific customer) do not qualify for the 30 Day Return option. Should this be the case, you will be advised of this prior to shipment.

Firstly your need to let us know that you wish to return your goods

You need to ensure that you have all of the original packaging so that we are able to  resell the goods. Our ability to resell the goods help you because that is the only way that we can offer this flexible service. 

When returning the goods please ensure that you have "Return Merchandise" application filled out and authorised by a staff member of Force USA. You need to do this within 30 days of purchasing your goods.

Your goods must be in perfect condition, meaning that we can sell then at full retail.

The designated Force USA Warehouse must receive the goods within 7 days of your Return Merchandise Application being approved by us.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA), please contact Force USA Customer Service department on 020 3965 7711 or email us on We will credit your purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item with an RMA number. We reserve the right to inspect the product and parts should the packaging have been opened or if the machine has previously been assembled. This will be affected by the availability of a technical team to do such inspection. 

We can arrange a courier to pick up the goods when you are ready and deduct the amount from your refund, together with any wear and tear or damages. 

Should you have purchased and received an installation service from us then this "product" cannot be returned and will not form part of any refund calculations. It remains your responsibility to return the goods as discussed above.

Check Your Return Includes Everything That you Were sent by us

To save you time, money and angst, please check that all manuals, parts, tools, spares, boxes and gym equipment is packaged and ready for the courier service. The courier drivers are not able to repack for you. They simply take the gym equipment back into the warehouse in the same was as you received it. 

Do Your Wish to Use an Alternative Courier?

No problem, but please bear in mind that only our couriers are insured for any loss or damage in transit and your elected courier will need to have this facility in place. You will need to ensure that your courier service receives a signature from our warehouse when the goods are received.

Please Return Goods in Original Packaging

Customers should retain the original packaging material for at least 30 days; in the event of the item being returned to Force USA. We cannot accept goods returned in non-original packaging You may return the goods so long as they are returned in their original packaging and that you pay for the freight back to the warehouse. This shipping amount will simply be deducted from the refund amount. If your notification for this is received by us more than 7 days after purchase then we will deduct the cost of installation and delivery before refunding you. If we receive notification within 7 days then you will pay only the return carrier costs.

Return Shipping is for the Buyers Account

You must prepay all shipping charges and insure the shipment, or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment, which you will be liable for. For your convenience we will simply deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Please note any customer refusing to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit will be subject to paying the return carriage cost incurred by Force USA.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (hereinafter referred to as The Regulations) if you are a consumer in terms of the Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from this catalogue for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification and perishable goods.


If you wish to cancel your order and return your goods then you must write to us by email to either before your order is despatched or within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number.

If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not yet received or you refuse to accept the delivery, then you are responsible for all return freight charges to Force USA.


If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order in writing within 14 days of delivery of your item(s) it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Force USA at your expense.

You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in an as new, saleable condition by a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.
