Home warranty
Applies to equipment used exclusively in a private indoor home setting by home occupants.

All products come standard with a home warranty. Use of home rated products in commercial settings voids the warranty.
Commercial warranty
Applies to select equipment used in semi-private or public nonresidential facilities. Monthly fees may or may not be charged. Examples include: commercial gyms, firehouses, hotels, personal training studios, and apartment complexes.

Use of commercial products in residential settings automatically activates the home warranty outlined above.
Important information
We support the quality of our equipment and offer an industry-leading guarantee for all our products, which gives you peace of mind when choosing any Force USA product.
The guarantees will only be valid for the original buyer with proof of receipt and a valid order number. Guarantees cannot be transferred.
Products that became unusable for the prolonged use and reach their useful life won't be accepted for warranty due to normal usage.

Shipments
Shipments, except for special orders, usually take from 10 to 15 working days.
For greater efficiency, the carrier will always call you before delivery.
If it doesn't find you, it will leave you a note with a phone number to agree on a future date and convenient time.

The best way to have a detailed tracking of the order is by sending an email to [email protected] with your full name and order number or invoice.
Our customer service will answer you in a couple of hours with all the available information: where you are, when you will arrive and a carrier tracking number.
PREMIUM SERVICE
If your order includes Premium professional installation, our technicians will contact you directly to specify the most convenient date and time for you.
NOTE
We do not assume any additional costs that may arise during shipment in the event that standard delivery is not possible due to access restrictions and additional handling is required. We reserve the right to request an additional cost to cover expenses arising from the hiring of cranes, additional personnel, adapted vehicles or other similar circumstances.
In the event that the delivery truck is unable to reach the specified address, the delivery will be made at the nearest and most accessible point. If you would like another special delivery service, you will have to request an additional quote, at your own expense.

Operating on a 2:1 ratio, the system gives you controlled resistance and endless exercise options, from explosive functional movements to controlled isolation work.
HEAVY-DUTY WEIGHT STACKS YOU CAN UPGRADE
The FTR comes standard with dual 90.7 kg weight stacks, providing enough resistance for most lifters. Each stack can be upgraded to 113.4 kg or 136 kg, ensuring your equipment grows with your strength. With 2.3 kg fractional stack add-ons, you will experience smoother progressions and avoid training plateaus.
PREMIUM ATTACHMENTS INCLUDED
Straight out of the box, the FTR comes loaded with attachments: knurled aluminium handles, a tricep rope, ankle cuffs, pegboard pins, band pegs, extension chains, and more. A barbell holder and recessed storage shelf keep your training space tidy, while quick-lock magnetic pins make setup and transitions effortless.

The FTR offers commercial-grade performance in a compact footprint. Its matte-black electrostatic finish, laser-cut numbering, and sharp lines bring both form and function. What's the minimum ceiling height I need?
You need at least 239 cm of ceiling height to do a full chin-up. Measure carefully — no one wants surprises mid-build.
How long does assembly take?
Assembly takes between 3 and 5 hours depending on your skill level. All tools, hardware, and instructions are in the box. You can go solo, but a helper and a ratchet set make it quicker. You can also upgrade to professional assembly when you order.
Does this play nice with attachments from other companies?
Yes. The Functional Trainer Rack is built on a 3x3 (75x75mm) frame with 1" (25mm) holes and 2" (50mm) spacing — the gold standard. You're not locked into our ecosystem. Use Force USA attachments or those from other brands and customise your setup however you like.
Can the weight stacks be upgraded?
Yes, the dual 90 kg integrated stacks can each be upgraded with optional 22.5 kg add-ons to each side, bringing the total weight to either 112.5 kg or 135 kg.
What's the shipping weight?
Approximately 454 kg total, packed in two wooden crates.
